3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

4. Booking and Scheduling
4.1 Consultation Requests
Free consultation requests submitted through our Website:
- Do not constitute a binding commitment to purchase services

4.2 Session Scheduling
Once you book services:

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in session forfeiture
- No-Shows: Failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice results in session forfeiture
- Company Cancellations: We will provide advance notice and offer rescheduling options
- Emergency Exceptions: We consider emergency circumstances on a case-by-case basis
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
- Service prices are displayed on our Website and in program descriptions
- Prices are quoted in Japanese Yen (¥) unless otherwise specified
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
